Founded in 2018, TransVive is a status neutral program dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible healthcare services to the transgender community. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that transgender individuals often face in accessing essential care, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and mental health support.
Our Services:
Free Gender Affirming Care: We offer free office visits, labs, and hormone replacement therapy to adults of trans experience, regardless of residency.
Mental Health Counseling: Our experienced counselors provide free mental health support to help you navigate your journey.
Empowerment Groups: Join our upcoming empowerment groups to connect with others, share experiences, and build a supportive community.
