World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day is observed annually on December 1st to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and to commemorate those who have lost their lives to the disease. Established in 1988, this global initiative serves as a platform to unite people worldwide in the fight against HIV, show support for those living with the virus, and remember those who have succumbed to AIDS-related illnesses.
