Health Insurance Assistance

The health insurance assistance program can pay for private or public health insurance to help you remain in medical care and on your medications.  The program can provide assistance with insurance premiums, co-pays and deductibles so that you can stay healthy.  For more information on qualifications for the program, please call 817-335-1994.  

Housing

AOC manages several programs to help you establish or maintain affordable and stable housing.  Available programs include rapid re-housing, long term rental assistance and short term emergency assistance with rent, mortgage and/or utility costs for those who qualify.  

Transportation

AOC provides transportation assistance in order for clients to access health care and supportive services.  The program provides bus passes, taxi vouchers, van rides and gas cards to clients based on individual need.
